Intellectual Property Notice

EverVent™ and related branding are the subject of a Canadian trademark application (Application No. 17383413).

The EverVent floor register with built-in filtration and humidification features is protected by patent filings in Canada and the United States, including Canadian and U.S. utility patent applications (Application Nos. 19315500, 3284668) and a U.S. design patent application (Application No. 29/981,990). EverVent is also protected by a granted Canadian industrial design registration (Registration No. 231671).

All intellectual property rights in EverVent products, designs, packaging, and website content are owned by Platsun Inc. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of any protected material is strictly prohibited.
