Refund policy
We have a Free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for Free.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in its original packaging.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping
We will provide a free shipping label for your return. You have 30 days to return the items before the label expires. In case the label has expired you can ship the items, at your expense, and receive a refund once we have received the return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. The refund is the total item price paid in full. Shipping costs of the original order are not refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used filters that are part of a filter replacement pack cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied with the filter replacement pack, please contact us at support@evervent.ca and together we will find a solution on how to make it right.
